    • Huberman Lab: Neuroscientist and Stanford professor Andrew Huberman dives deep into health-related topics, articulating how the brain influences the body and vice versa.

    • WHOOP: Using data from the tens of thousands of Whoop users worldwide, the podcast explores trends in our collective health and fitness data, helping the listener apply learnings to their daily life.

    • Optimal Living & Health Daily: These two podcasts from the OLD franchise partner with health bloggers to read one post per day, covering topics related to mindful living, fitness & nutrition.

    • Help Me Be Me: A self-help and therapy enthusiast breaks down popular psychological challenges, like self esteem, and offers practical tools & frameworks for improving in each area.

    • NPR’s Life Kit: Each episode is a helpful breakdown of some of the most important life skills, between “how to stop stress spending” all the way to “how to find freedom in your first queer relationship.”

  • Meditation:

    • Meditation Oasis: Though I facilitate most of my meditation today through Insight Timer (app mentioned below), this podcast is how I originally found and came to love meditation. It contains gentle meditations from 5 to 20 minutes, with each offering a good mix of guidance and silence.
