I started Blue Sky Mind so that I could:

House and share all of my meticulously crafted travel guides with the internet.
Start sharing my passion for positive psychology as it pertains to food, movement, travel, mindfulness, and relationships.

With both of these intentions, I sought and continue to seek to help my readers. To do so, I’ve relied on researching and writing about challenges I’ve faced in my own life, with the assumptions that there are others in the world who just might have struggled with the same thing.
